Oct 23, 2023- Dave from Empire Heating and Air was here doing maintenance on our Heating and Air System that he installed 2 years ago. Such a nice guy, courteous and fast. I just Love Empire Heating and Air.Empire Heating and Air Conditioning are the best HVAC Business I've ever used. Jay, And Davey are sweet and professional, timely courteous. They explain everything they will do plus. Treacy is wonderful and came here to put the new filters in that worked better with our new system. We signed the proposal on Sunday and had our new system in on Friday. We have had our system since June 11, this year 2021. Wonderfully good people and a blessing from God. The HVAC at one of our rentals stopped cooling during a recent heat wave. Our tenants are elderly, so I wanted to get it back up and running quickly. Had another local H&A company come out and they told me the compressor had failed and that I needed a whole new system at a substantial cost. I felt pressured, but wisely told the the tech that I needed to get another opinion. I then had Empire come out. Connor and Morgan quickly determined that the only problem was a loose wire in the electrical panel. In less than 10 minutes they had it up and running, saving me from falsely having to buy a new system. Empire's techs were great in comparison to the other H&A company. I would give Empire 10 stars if I could.

Amazing! - That is Empire Heating and Air Conditioning in one word. I was very pleased with their timing, professionalism and friendliness when they installed a new HVAC a couple of years ago. No hard sells - just the necessary information to make a decision.Then something was wrong yesterday...right as we hit a major heat wave. I came home from being out of town and it was obvious that the HVAC wasn't working. I called Empire and they rewarded me with being their customer by getting someone out on the next day - a weekend. Mason arrived within the window given and was professional, friendly and quick! We were back up and cooling within less than a half hour! Amazing!

We found ourselves in a bad situation due to another local HVAC company which Empire Heating & Air Conditioning quickly & professionally remedied!The technician (Bryan) was excellent and was able to diagnose and restore our Fujitsu Airstage within hours of his arrival. He actually went the extra mile and stayed until everything checked out (he deserves a pay bump). I couldn't ask for better service and I will recommend Empire to anyone who asks!

I have used this company for regular service, repair, total replacement of heating and air unit, duct work and modifications to air returns during a remodel. They worked with me to keep my old unit alive for a long time without trying to sell me on replacement. When my unit finally died, they thoroughly explained my options to make sure I got a replacement that I would be happy with that was in my budget. Their bid came in cheaper than two other companies for the same heating/air unit and theirs included some duct work. They did a full replacement quickly without incident, always showed up when they said they would. I received exactly what they told me I would in the timeframe they said it would take. They have called after install to check in with me making sure I am happy and everything is working as it should.Every interaction with this company has been positive. Excellent communication, trustworthy employees who were respectful of me and my home, quick responses to my calls and coming out for repairs. Based on my many experiences with this company, they have my trust and I know they are going to do what they say.

I found out about Empire Heating and Air from a friend who sells heating and air in another state. He highly recommended them to me. Upon visiting them they answered all my questions and applied no pressure to buy. They discussed loan options with no pressure. I did schedule an inspection at which they were prompt, thorough, and informative. We scheduled an install and they were prompt, friendly and courteous. The removed all old equipment and debris, leaving my property in better condition than when they came. I would recommend them to any one neening any service of any kind related to heating and air.

I have dealt with several HVAC maintenance providers as well as the original HVAC installation company for my 14 year old home. Many in my neighborhood have had issues with the original systems installed. Empire is the first to provide sufficient clear information on my choices and then to step back and allow me to make my own decision. We had maintenance done on 2 regular AC systems and minisplit system. We also had a pre-remodel consult to discuss inreasing HVAC capacity of our smaller dwelling. Both Nathan and Jay were incredibly professional, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Empire is a family run business, with a great team of talented technicians on staff. After our heat-exchanger cracked and began leaking, I had a few other companies come out and assess the old unit. Each one took advantage of my stressful situation and tried to hard-sell me expensive all-electric systems, and warned me I could not use the existing heater or I risked getting Carbon Monoxide poisoning. After much frustration I was referred to Empire, and a lead tech came out the same day and informed me that my heat-exchanger was still under warranty and could be repaired, if I wanted, and not to worry about Carbon Monoxide while I was deciding what to do. He did a CM test to assure me. Later the owner, Jay, came to see me and went over all my options for either a repair , or a new system, and did not push for any solution but instead gave me brochures and web-sites to study up on, so I could choose knowledgeably. I opted to go with an entirely new split system with propane furnace. The pricing was reasonable. All of the techs working on my installation were friendly, knowledgable, and competent. Coral, in the front office, is super helpful and reassuring as well. I would highly recommend Empire Mechanical Services. Our stressful situation ended up being very pleasant, thanks to their ethics and professionalism.
